VertexEvo with Ultimaker glass

This mod is yet another step in pushing Vertex printer to its limits. It increases print space along Y-axis to 218 mm.

NOTE: This design was created for VertexEvo. Ultimaker printer's glass, that I used, does not fit into the original K8400.
