A8 E3DV6 EASY HOTPLUG FAN_DUC Bltouch And Carriage

Like i've done for the Anet E10, I adapt the FAN DUC for my A8

The original carriage is exceptionnal !
The original E3DV6 mount with 2 40mm fan is terrible
The original BL touch support is a great idea.

So it's why i try to merge both on 1 (with some update)

I made this remake to easy remove the bloc from the E3DV6.
The FAN each side can move from the bottom position to the top position.
And when FAN support are on horizontal position you can unlock the block from the E3DV6.
