CR-10S extruder relocation plate and filament sensor housing

I relocated the extruder stepper 50mm to the right and 5mm to the back to move the incoming filament away from the Z-spindle and make room for a properly monted filament sensor housing.
The housing is made for the stock filament sensor that came with the CR-10S.

EDIT:
Since my new aluminum extruder has no more cable guide, I added one to the brace plate. And sice putting on the nuts was kind of a PITA i also added press fit seats for said nuts.
