Customizable Palago Box (Customizer WIP)

I wanted to make a box for a new Palago set I printed using [IWorkInPixels' Dualstrusion Palago Tiles](https://www.thingiverse.com/thing:29457), but I found that his box was a little bit limited. I wanted to be able to input a number of tiles and then add or remove segments and have the box still fit that precise number of tiles. So... I did that. Still working on the tolerance, but when I get it right I'll export all of the top and box pairs for 90-tile sets, for your convenience.
