easy carts upgrade with nuts

I remade these from easy carts upgrade by SgaboLab. I added places for nuts to be added to make it easier to get the right tension on the pulleys and the wheels separately. I added some height from his design to account for the washer I had to use to get the pulleys to line up on my machine, (about 1.4mm). in order to use the pulleys you will need longer M5 bolts for on corner on each of the carriages . I got 50mm bolts and its a close fit, so if you can find 60mm you will have more breathing
