RBL Adapter Cap With Snuggers

This is a very small mod to didjareally's RBL Adapter Cap. I printed off one to test, and found that it works really well when the RBL is mounted upright, but it doesn't grip the PVC if you hang it upside down. So, I pulled it into TinkerCad and modified it to add little "snuggers" to the inside of the hole. They are just tiny little raised ridges that you can barely see or feel. It goes onto the pipe easy enough, but you practically need a hammer to get it back off.
