MGN12 Prusa i3 Clone

This is an combined implementation of the "AM8 - Metal Frame for Anet A8" by pheneeny, "BLV mgn12 mod for Anet A8 / AM8" by Blv and my modifications and additions. Build volume is 250x235x270.
