Second Z-axis-Holder for 10mm rod with 22x20mm round nut

I remixed this nut-holder for a second 10mm rod with a round nut instead of hexagonal:
Height: 20mm
Diameter: 22mm

I added an open and closed nut holder. With the open nut-holder you won't have bridge issues around the nut-opening. It's up to you.
