PiGRRL Zero Plus Remix Remix Remix

Thanks to everyone who has contributed to this project!

I added a switched headphone jack (https://www.amazon.com/dp/B00HG7H6TI/) , I added a spot for this in the back half of the case.

I also added the battery indication mod > http://www.stuffaboutcode.com/2016/01/pocket-pigrrl-battery-monitor.html

I really like the PiGRRL logo by "smartroad", but I wanted it to be an inlay. There is a little dot in the logo to help with proper alignment of the logo (Center on build plate)
