The heater block of 3D printers is subjected to a considerable heat loss both for exposure to air, but also for the cooling fans that inevitably also involve the nozzle.
This bi valva mold allows to create a "coat" to isolate the heater block (dimensions 16x16x12 mm) simply by screwing the mold to the thermal silicone tube and injecting into the contents.
At the bottom you can see the three pieces that make up the mold, or the two valves and the internal counter mold.
