This is a headset mount for the iMac mid/late-2011. It may fit earlier or later aluminium unibody iMacs as well, but the 2011 model is the one I have. The mount fits on either side of the display.
UPDATE (March 2018): I updated the model and removed the little superfluous corner at the bottom. In the original version, I had to include it due to a quirk in the STL generation.
