MacPi v2.1 remixed pieces for DC power jack

These pieces allow for the installation of a 2.5x5.5mm DC jack in the face plate, so power can be provided by non-USB PSU directly to the GPIO. The openings for Micro USB and HDMI had to be moved to the left, and the MicroUSB PWR IN opening was deleted. The Raspberry PI Zero mount was slimmed down and stand offs lowered to allow the RasPi-Z to be mounted farther left, so there was room for the DC jack.
