Replace Tronxy Melzi Board with Ramps 1.4 - Working 5 Button Display Panel using Marlin 1.1.8

Finally, figured out how to get Ramps 1.4 to work with Tronxy 5 button display panel. I combined multiple sources to come up with attached, hope this consolidation of information helps some folks out.

Attached xls file has pinouts & photos that specifically show how to wire the 5 button display panel with ramps 1.4. All that is required in Marlin 1.1.8 is to enable Zonestar approx line 1531.

Wire EXP1 on display panel to Aux-2 on Ramps 1.4, then enable Zonestar option and upload firmware
