Pi 3 Case Slotted

I re-mixed the top of the original case to add slots for the Camera and Display. The original top would force the ribbon cables to be crammed into the case and snake out the cutouts of the Raspberry, the new top allows them to come out straight from their connectors.

I also included the original bottom part of the case for completeness, no changes were made to that.
