Finally got the firmware all setup and running for our Taz 5. this is the Latest (as of 2-12-2018) version of Marlin 1.1.8.4. this firmware uses Linear Advance to reduce blobbing on edges as well as a Filament_Runout_Sensor (using X-Max End stop) this is a simple mod and directions can be found all over the Internet. Remember to Calibrate Extruder, run a PID Auto-tune for Nozzle and Bed, and calibrate the K Value for Linear Advance. again the steps to do these can be found all over the internet,
