IC-208H Mounting Bracket

Work in progress. I just bought this radio an needed a mounting bracket. 5mm thickness all around. Might be a bit much. We'll see. I didn't bother with mounting holes as I figured due to shrinkage they'd be off. I'll revise if I get it to work.
