uBITX EF01 case panels

THIS IS NOT COMPLETE OR CORRECT! DO NOT PRINT AS-IS! I haven't printed them yet so they may not fit at all.

These are panels for the EF01 case to use with the ubitx radio board. Some, but not all, of the components have been validated to fit in the printed parts. I haven't yet printed a complete set of parts so I'd appreciate feedback if someone is brave enough to print them before I do (or look through my OpenSCAD files).
