Shim for front derailleur - 31.8 -> 34.9 Ø

A quick and dirty shim design to fit a 34.9mm front derailleur on a bike with a 31.8mm seatpost. This is designed for the Shimano XT derailleur, but will probably work with many others. If the lugs that hold it in place get in the way, you could just file/cut them off.
