Guy rope sleeve to keep fibreglass pole upright. Cylinder slides down over the pole and comes to a stop around 1.2 m a.g.l. (on Haverfords 7m Heavy Duty Squid poles). It has 3 guy points, separated by 120 degrees, for 3 radial guy ropes.
