It's a design for stock cooling fan, you will need it if you tune to E3D Volcano or V6.
The thickness of Flow Tube wall is 0.7mm, don't sqeeze it, and pls remove the complete printing by the bottome.
Don't ry this if you only use stock hotend, it requires to remove the stock fan cover and the screw holes.
No internal support is needed for print, fill in 100%, only need manual pene
