Tevo Tarantula Y carriage strengthened arms

This is a remix of the arms from [this y carriage](https://www.thingiverse.com/thing:2730391), you'll need all other parts from it to complete the assembly.

I had a lot of trouble getting these arms to print correctly because of the little useless elevated part on the tip where the spring rests. So I removed it.

All the holes in them were making them very weak, so I filled them all up as well. Now they are truly stronger than the original.
