16mm Film Processing Stage

These printed pieces, along with a 2ft section of 4" PVC pipe, an end cap, a 36" length of flat punched bar, and a few bolts make a processing stage for a 16mm film processing machine.

The film stock is threaded over one of the top rollers, under the bottom roller, and back up over the other top roller. The film can then be slowly pulled through the tank to immerse it, roughly 48 inches at a time, in any chemical solution that won't eat through the pipe.
