These are designed to be mounted anywhere on your tarp to be used as pullouts. The one has a built in lineloc 3 style system and the other has just an eyelet. The printed parts goes on the outside of your tarp. Take some 1/8 shock cord and cut to 4in. Tie a knot on one end tight and create a slip knot at other end like in the picture. The shock cord attaches to the tarp pull out from the inside of the tarp. Once you have shock cord on tarp pullout, pull the "knot end" tight to cinch the shock co
