Mount for Precision Piezo Univeral PCB v2

Just a simple block to mount the universal pcb from Precision Piezo to DJDemonD's Piezo20 hotend mount. It has two countersunk holes for mounting the block to the Piezo20 dome part then two holes for the Universal PCB. One version has 3.9mm holes for m3 heatset inserts. The other has 2.5mm holes you can drill and tap for m3 or use small sheet metal screws.
