CR-10 Relocated Extruder V5

Another version I may try. Definitely looks to be an interesting extruder design. The other parts (lid, arm, and pin) should be the same from Kistenschieber. I mirroried his base so that it should work without reversing the stepper. Otherwise all I had to do was thin the mount some and move the sensor box back in line with the filament path. The stiffener was narrowed accordingly so the bottom is still flat for printing.
