CR-10s - Extruder with Hobb Goblin, plus Sensor

Update 2:
- as requested I made a version with the cable holder on the other side (v.cable holder). I had to shorten the lever, otherwise you won’t be able to fit the cable properly. Both flex and standard version are included. Sensor cap stays the same.

Update 1:
- added a new version, to be able to print flexible materials (vflex). All you need is a little bit of bowden tubing and a knife. Sensor cap stays the same.
