Turny Handle Thing (Trammel of Archimedes)

I honestly have no idea what this should be called. I know it's been done before and I know it's nothing new. I just wanted to finally make one....whatever it is. Plus it's pretty satisfying once you make it, put it together and make a cool ellipse. Works great with PETG or a somewhat flexible filament because it all snaps in place.
