I've found that original by BobaMaker and remixed it to a rod-topper for my ctc prusa i3 printer. They're goin' round in circles ... ;-) Just cover over the z-rod...
Maybe they could help for reducing z-wobble... maybe...

Edit: They reducing noise! that's fact...
