These are interiors for the Märklin 3yg "Umbauwagen" (rebuild coach) 4067, 4079 and 4080.
They are easy to install: Remove the couplers, find the clips under the couplers and open the car. Put the interior in.. Close the wagon. The interiors are designed to use either with the original interior lighting #7074 or with a LED-stripe. The versions for use without the slider and the bulb are named .....-LED.STL
