Kreation Vacuum Former hose adapter

Aaron Silverberg's 12" x 12" tabletop vacuum former offered on Kickstarter https://www.kickstarter.com/projects/kreation/kreation-vacuum-former-make-plastic-prototypes-and is a nice size for small projects and for classroom use. While this unit included a wooden insert to reduce the hose fitting to the smaller 1.25" types, it was a bit clunky... so I designed this more secure fitting to replace it.
