27cm Fruit Dryer Thermometer Bracket

为了节约资金，我使用直径27cm的热风式干果机对耗材进行烘干，但这款干果机不具备温度显示功能，温度调节功能也不准确，于是我设计了这款安装于顶盖上的温度计支架，可以将47mm*28mm的温度计安装在顶盖，达到实时显示温度的功能，并能旋转一定的角度，方便查看温度。整个模型为两个零件，分别是安装温度计的外壳和固定的支架，连接方式使用M3螺丝和螺帽，如果搭配垫片，可以提升旋转角度时的手感以及耐用度。耗材不建议使用PLA，不耐高温的特性容易在长期受热后软化变形，建议使用PETG以上的耐热耗材，我使用PETG连续加热干燥8小时，零件没有出现温热软化变形的情况。在干果机顶盖中心位置，根据支架孔位打孔，分别固定2个M3螺丝，将温度探针从最边上的孔插入，使探针完全在顶盖内侧，不会因为外界温度干扰到干果机内部温度检测。 In order to save money, I used a hot air dryer with a diameter of 27cm to dry consumables.
