Si7021 sensor case with mount

This is small case for the [Adafruit Si7021 temperature and humidity sensor](https://learn.adafruit.com/adafruit-si7021-temperature-plus-humidity-sensor?view=all). It's made to be placed on a flat surface with a 8 mm hole in it, where the cables can go through the tube. The tube is used to mount the case by pressing the wedge through the tube. This could for instance be a plexiglass plate with a 8mm hole drilled in it.
