Flush Pet (cat) door

This cat door is solving unique problem I have, letting cat in and out of the basement through sliding door. Regular commercial pet door works poorly here, it wouldn't let the sliding door open all the way out.
There are 2 versions of the door, one solid and one with holes for ventilation and/or filament preservation.
