This is a tapered filament reel insert that should fit 3 different sizes from 2.25 in (57.15mm) to 2.34 in (59.4mm) reel holes. I've included the Inventor part if you want to change a few dimensions for your specific rolls.
The inside hole is 0.75 in (19mm) and was plenty big to get any nuts on my reel rod through without any issues. I added tape to my rod so it doesn't wear the plastic out.
