Replacement tips for your iFixit nylon tipped reverse tweezers.
Use a stiff material, a carbon nylon works well.
Use a 1/16 drill bit to finish the hole sizes for the screws to bite into.
Hand sand after installing into the tweezers to get a flush fit and perfectly mated tips.
