37" Diameter Windmill with 608 Bearings

My original design will be on it's 3rd summer this year but... over the winter I've drawn up and (getting ready for spring!) printed a number of different spinners using 608 bearings (so far, I haven't put any of them on Thingiverse). They spin so easy that I wanted to try bearings on this thing as well, so...
