Kossel/Delta Fullbody Effector - E3D Volcano Skirt

Upgraded to a V6/Volcano hot-end recently and redid the ducting skirt for thing:1569106 to work with it, change is adding 8.5mm to the vertical dimension at the top, so you'll need 4 M3x20mm screws to install this. Printed in PETG, but should work in PLA just fine.
