Chess Box with Lid

I made this box to hold almost any of the printable chess pieces out there as well as the
Travel Puzzle Chess Board

All the pieces have their own compartment and the side pieces are cross locked together to form little rafts. I would love some suggestions and advice on trying to take less materials that way it doesnt take up all your material but still retains its rigidity.
