40mm Hotend and Modular Part Cooling

This is for the stock hotend that comes with the Anet A2. Using matt448 E3D v6 Blower Fan Adapter as a template, I customized the adapter to reach more of the 40mm heat sink fins and created a mounting for the part cooler. I also made the part cooler modular to test different part cooler shrouds without having to reprint a complete part cooler assembly. I created a rectangular shroud in Tinkercad to test. I have adapted the collar to a Ciicooler for testing as well.
