Da Vinci Pro X-axis carriage

I really like this carriage but I made some changes I thought it needed. Although the zip tie holding the X-carriage belt works I wanted something a bit better and the ability to use an open loop belt. This carriage now has the option of using a open loop belt or the factory closed loop but due to incorporating a belt block the fan wouldn't fit as originally designed.
