Dial gauge clip holder for Wanhao Duplicator i3 with 19mm opening

The original [Wanhao Dial Gauge Holder](https://www.thingiverse.com/thing:1445744) designed by 1bigpig snaps perfectly to the X-rails of my Wanhao Duplicator i3, however my [dial gauge indicator](https://www.banggood.com/10mm-0_01mm-Accuracy-Precision-Indicator-Gauge-Dial-Indicator-Measurement-Instrument-p-1187144.html) requires a slightly larger, 19mm opening, so I modified his design.
