Espresso machine - reborn

Massively reworked and cleaned up. Had major mesh issues and printed badly so I went in and rebuilt the faces by hand, closing holes and avoiding issues. Still could have a little work done to it but it prints well now. Also deleted the extra 2 steam wands that looked strange.
Print with supports (of course!)
Got print time down to just 2 hours and now it prints with infill instead of needing support inside.
