One of the biggest issues I have found with the tornado was the layer separation or splitting printing ABS.
After several tries, changing a lot of parameters and thinking that I will not be able to print ABS without a covered printer I realize all the problem comes from the Fusor fan. Though I disable the layer fan, the fusor fan was generating an air stream.
Then take a part the fan and I printed several parts and whalaaa....all the issues gone.
