Tevo E3d v6 Clamp x carriage fanduct

Uses (2x) M3x16 screws and (2x) M3 nuts to clamp an E3d v6 hot end to your tevo.

- Fanduct built into the design
- quick swap if you have 2 hotends; 1 normal and 1 volcano. Working on a version that has an offset for the volcano.
