JDM License Plate Adapter - Subaru Legacy B4/GTB

For my JDM subaru, I had to drill a hole in my license plate for it to fit. I know its probably illegle, but still better than holding it down with just one bolt. All the metal adapter I find costs over 20 bucks so I decided to design my very own adapter, it will give you about an inch of space to play around (27mm).
