cr10s5 y belt tensioner

Belt tensioner for cr10s5. Uses part of the original bracket.
A bit more sturdy and easily printable design than the other tensioners i found for the cr10.

No supports needed. Reuse the roller, but need new m4 screws that are better suited to the length. This version is made for the more easily avalible m6 bolts for adjusting rather than m5 that other versions have. For a knob i simply scaled up 120% the knob from other designs.
