ANET A8 - Ramps 1.4 support for makerbot switch in parallel with inductive sensor on Z-min.

I changed the stock Anet 1v5 motherboard to a a RAMPS 1.4, i was need some modifications, so,
a simply remix to mount a Makerbot switch on Anet A8, also permit, like the original work, mount a stock switch.

I have an inductive sensor mounted, but I wanted to have a backup switch in parallel, in case detection fails.
I had to find a solution, so it would not short circuit, but now, both are connected in parallel in Z-min,
