This is a Midway-style stand-up arcade game cabinet. This style of arcade game cabinet was used for the arcade games Ms. Pac-Man and Galaga. There are a total of three parts that all fit together including the main cabinet and the two sides (I recommend super gluing the side panels onto the cabinet).
