Pico Extruder with 603zz bearing

This is a Pico extruder remix with a 603zz bearing and TPFE outlet tube guide.

Also added hex nut to hold the bearing tight in place. Original Pico uses a hex hole, I changed it to a circle.

I don't have a MR85zz bearing so have sub to the bearing I have. It works nice for me, have tested with PETG filament.
