Maker Select Plus tool holder

I am using the Monoprice Maker Select Plus, so the Z Extensions do not work for me, but I really like the tool holder concept, and I really liked this design, so I changed it and removed the extension part and widened it to add a second hook.

I added a second design that holds a thickness gauge a lot better
